Guest sentiment
A snapshot of what local diners frequently mention about this location.
"Don't let the abandoned look of the building stop you! Inside was comfortable, pretty clean, nice staff and great food. Solo mom with 2 young boys on a weekend road trip, stopped in because Google said they had a buffet (which was not true) but I was not disappointed."
"First time here. Won’t be my last. Very friendly. Food was fast and very good. Very delicious. I am impressed. I ate everything. Five starts all the way."
"All around good Chinese food for a great price. Food was prepared as ordered, came out hot and portions we very large."
"Updated Review - Dec. 23, 2023 My experience here tonight was much improved from my previous experience. The food tasted much better, and the service was excellent. Original review - 2022 Why I would order Mexican food at a Chinese restaurant is beyond me. Horrible."
"Busy place with Chinese, American, and Mexican food on the menu. The have a dated but festive decor and a friendly staff. The Egg Drop Soup is unusual, a vegetable soup and egg drop mix. It's okay, but... different. The house special chow fun was pretty good, with huge portions. My companions had moo goo gai pan and shrimp in lobster sauce, both were okay. Egg rolls weren't good at all. My scoring breakdown: Food 3 stars, service 4, value 5. Total would be a 3.5, but since I have to round off... It's a toss up. My better half says 3 stars is being generous, but I thought it wasn't that bad. Staff and prices lead me to round up."
"I’ve only had the ribs & walnut shrimp. Both excellent! The service is very good. The young lady at the register is amazing."
"Since the new owners took over the food has been super amazin. The honey walnut shrimp is to die for."
"Fantastic Chinese food in such a small town! We ordered the General Tao chicken and the sesame chicken and we got food that looked fresh and tasted even better. If you haven't gone before or it's been awhile since you have visited, it will be well worth your visit."
